Spicy Chicken Instant Noodles Ingredients

1 packet Koka Noodles, Curry Flavour3 Hot n Spicy Chicken Strips2 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp honey5 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp Sriracha sauceA handful of spring onionsSprinkle of sesame seeds and black onion seeds

Method

1. Cook the chicken strips in the oven for about 20-25 mins. Meanwhile prepare the sauce, by mixing together the honey, soy sauce and Sriracha sauce and leave to side.2. In a wok, boil the noodles as per the instructions on the packet and drain once done.3. In the same wok, heat the oil and toss in the noodles with the flavour packet and pre-prepared sauce. Add in the chicken strips and mix well so they are coated evenly.4. Garnish with the spring onion and seeds and serve immediately.
