Cook until ginger garlic is fragrant.Add all the ground spices with yogurt and fried onion. Mix wellLower the heat to medium-low, cover, and allow it to cook for 15 – 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add 1/2 cup water if needed.Once it’s tender add blanched almonds and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. The oil will have risen to the top. Turn the heat off and sprinkle the kewra essence and serve.
