Download ImageWatch Video Red Emperor Garlic Butter Parcels iingredients1 Washed potato2-3 Red Emperor Fish fillets, deboned & skinlessTruBlu Garlic Butter (swipe for a visual)PaprikaChilli flakesChopped parsleyGreen beans, trimmed & washedSalt & pepperOlive oilStepsThinly slice your potato into thin discs.Place a sheet of baking paper on top of a sheet of foil.Drizzle a little olive oil, salt & pepper onto the baking paper then place a few potato discs, then another sprinkle of salt.Place your fish fillet on top of the potatoes and season with salt, pepper, paprika and chilli flakes.Melt the butter to soften slightly and add a teaspoon or so of italian herbs and spread onto the fish, add some parsley and beans and seal the baking paper followed by the foil.Bake at 1700c for 25mins or till cooked through depending on the size of your fillets.Serve with a lemon wedge and steamed vegetables.
