Pizza Hut Cookie Dough Ingredients

72g Brown Sugar95g White Sugar130g Butter (or vegan)200g Self Raising Flour2-3 Tbsp Milk (or plant based milk)120g Chocolates (in chunks/chips)

Method

1. Preheat your oven to bake at 190C2. In a bowl add your butter, brown sugar and white sugar – mix until we’ll combined.3. Add your self raising flour and mix in. If you feel the dough is quite tough, gradually add in your plant based milk until it’s softer and can form a ball! Combine the chocolate chunks!4. You can keep it at this state if you like raw cookie dough. Also make smaller mini balls and freeze them so you can add it to your oats!5. Transfer the cookie dough to the middle of a skillet or a small oven tray covered with baking paper. Spread the edges out gently, the cookie dough will naturally completely spread and rise when baking.6. Enjoy with a scoop of vegan ice cream!
