Saute the onions till fragrant in a pressure cooker.2. Add the meat cuts. Stir till changed the colour.3. Add all the rest ingredients except rice, carrot, and kabsa powder. Stir until well-combined.4. Cover with the lid, sealed. Cook it for 30 minutes in medium heat.5. Transfer it to a big pot. Turn on the heat in medium one.6. Put the soaked rice, carrot, and kabsa powder in. Stir it well.7. Once boiled, cover with the lid, then lower the heat. Cook it for about 30 minutes or until the rice cooked.8.
