Preheat oven to bake at 180C2. Heat oil at medium heat in a pan then add your diced onions along side your salt. Cover and let soften for 10 minutes. Remove and keep aside3. In another pot melt your butter adding your mushrooms. Let the mushrooms cook through until they reduce in size. Add in your minced garlic, Schwartz Crushed Chilli, Schwartz Garlic Pepper, black pepper, salt and dried herbs – give it a good mix!4. Roll out your puff pastry sheet, folding the edges to creat a crust. Then evenly spread your onions, then a layer of your cheese, then the mushrooms.5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
