Watch Video Ingredients 200g sliced mushrooms – of your choice2 cloves garlic – finely chopped1/2 red chilli – finely choppedChopped parsley – about a teaspoonA large handful of chopped spinach1 tsp extra virgin olive oil100g cream cheese – I use @philadelphia_ukiSalt & pepper to tasteBread of your choice toasted Steps 1 Heat a pan and add the olive oil2 Add the garlic, red chilli & parsley3 Sauté over a low heat for 3 – 5 minutes4 Add the mushrooms & spinach, season with salt & pepper and allow the spinach to wilt & mushrooms to soften should take roughly 4-5 minutes5 Stir in the cream cheese, combine everything together and cook over a medium heat for a further 3-5 Minutes6 Pour over toasted bread, garnish with chopped parsley & red chillies – optional7 Enjoy Source : www.instagram.com
