Preheat the oven @180 Celsius for 15 minBlend mango chunks , milk , sugar , oil , eggs , in a blender for 2-3 min on high speed until all is blended wellTransfer this mixture to the flour , baking powder and mix with spatulaAdd saffaron strands and a pinch of orange color to the batter as wellBake @ 150 Celsius for 45-50 min until the skewer comes out cleanDecor with pistachios and edible rose
