Download ImageIngredientsoatmeal1/4 cup quick oats1/4 cup rolled oats1/2 – 1 cup milk (i used tropicana slim oat milk and it’s sweet already eventough there’s 0 sugar in it)1 tsp matcha powder1 tbsp chia seedsTopping4 tbs greek yoghurt2 tbs cream cheese (i used the brand “kiri”1-2 tsp matcha powdersplash of milkgranola (optional) i used nissin matcha granolaSteps1. combine all of the oat ingredients in the bowl2. in a separate bowl combine the greek yog, cream cheese, and milk.3. spread 2/3 of it on top of the oats.4. add matcha powder to the remaining mixture and put it on top.5. use a wooden stick/toothpick and make some “swirls”6. put it in the fridge overnight and u can add some granola or crackers for some crunchiness!
