Ingredients 500 grams bone-in chicken3-4 tablespoons oil1 inch ginger8-9 garlic cloves4 green chilliesSalt to taste1/2 cup yogurt1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon cumin seeds1 teaspoon coriander seeds5 tablespoons heavy cream1 tablespoon butter2 green chillies finely sliced and lemon wedge Method Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds and black pepper until fragrant and put it in grinder.Add ginger, garlic and chili in grinder as well and make a coarse paste.Heat oil in a wok, add the chicken and fry until its golden brown.Add the coarse paste made earlier.Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.Add yogurt and salt and mix well until most of the water has evaporated, and you can see the oil on the surface of the curry.Now add the cream and butter, mix really well and cook for a minute or two.Garnish with green chillies and julienned ginger.Serve with roti or naan.
