Cut chicken into bite size. Marinate with all the spices for at least an hour. Set aside.2. Slice the onion, fry over medium high heat until a bit brownish. Add chicken and keep stirring until the chicken is almost well done.3. Put the chicken in the middle of the pan and add corn and cheese around it.
