Watch Video Kefta Wtih Batata And Tahini Ingredients 1 kilo kefta @hosnabutchery and made them into fingers and cooked them on my tefal grill . @tefal.australiaCut up about 6 potatoes and deep fried into chips using my sunbeam deep fryer . @sunbeam_anzLine up the kefta , top with some of the fried potatoes and salt well , drizzle your tahini paste on top .Top with some fresh parsley and chilli flakes . Simple Tahini 1 cup tahini paste1 cup fresh lemon juice3/4 cup water1 tbs Greek yoghurt1 tsp salt (or to taste )2 cloves freshly crushed garlic Method Add ingredients in a bowl and whisk altogether until a creamy consistency is achieved .For some extra kick you can also add a spoon of @chilli.bang.sauces to the tahini mixture .Tip for crispy hand cut chips – use the brushed (dirty) potatoes they are best for deep frying .Cut up potatoes before hand and add heaps of salt and top with water and keep in fridge few hours , the colder they are and the hotter the oil is the crispier they’ll be !
