Hubby’s Kitchen – Chocolate Cupcake

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate100g butter4 eggs (whisked)100g sugar1 pack vanilla sugar1 pinch salt80g all purpose flour

Directions

1. Heat oven to 180 and fill the cupcake tray with cases/grease the tray with butter.2. Melt the butter and chocolate together.3. Mix the eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl until frothy. Then add the butter mixture. Finally put in the sifted all purpose flour.4. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases/tray and bake for 13 minutes. Leave to cool completely on a wire rack and done.
