Download ImageGochujang Chicken Wings Ingredients– 1kg chicken wings (separated into drummettes and wingettes)– 3 heaped tbsp plain flour– 2 tsp paprika– 2 tsp garlic powder– 2 tsp black pepper– 2 tsp salt– 2 tbsp olive oilSauce– 2 tbsp olive oil– 4 tbsp Gochujang Sauce– 3 garlic cloves (chopped)– 1 tbsp chopped ginger– 2 tsp sesame seeds– 2 tbsp light soy sauce– 2 tbsp dark soy sauce– 2 tbsp sugar– 2 tsp garlic powder– 1 tsp black pepper– Water– Garnish with more sesame seeds, spring onion and red chilliesIngredients1 Mix together the plain flour, dry powders and oil in a large bowl and coat each of the wings to place on a large baking tray Bake in the oven at 200C for 45 minutes or until crispy to touch2 Heat the oil in a wide set pan and toast the sesame seeds Add the garlic and ginger and fry until aromatic3 Add the remaining ingredients to form a thick sauce, this should take around 10 minutes If the sauce becomes too thick add boiling water to thin4 Toss the baked wings in the sauce on a high flame until each is coated (Keep in pan for a little longer if you want the wings to char)5 Remove from pan and garnish with sesame seeds, chopped spring onion and chillies before serving Source : www.instagram.com
