Download ImageGingerbread Granola Ingredients2 cups oats (I use @bobsredmill gf oats)2.5 cups mixed nuts (almond, walnuts pecans)1/4 cup maple syrup2.5 tbsp molasses1/4 cup melted coconut oil or olive oil1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp sea salt1 tsp vanillaPinch of ground cloves/1/8 tsp *optionaloptional add-in’s: dried cranberries, dried candied ginger and coconut flakes.StepsPreheat oven to 325.mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, add the melted coconut oil and remaining wet ingredients to dry ingredients.Mix well. Once mixed, add the granola mixture to a parchment lined baking sheet.Spread the granola in an even layer.Bake for 18-22 minutes (until the granola is lightly golden).Half way through the baking time, remove the granola from oven and stir to make sure it cooks evenly, put back in oven for remaining baking time.Let cool completely on pan, it will continue to crisp up.Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container – I keep ours in the fridge, it lasts longer! enjoy Source : www.instagram.com
