Preheat the oven 300F and line the baking sheet with parchment paper2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, pine nuts, pecan, salt and set aside3. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, peanut butter and maple syrup together. Pour this mixture on the oats mixture and stir until combined (if the peanut butter is too hard, microwave 30 seconds)4. Scoop the granola onto the baking sheet and press the mixture into about 1” thick5. Bake for 40-45minutes, stirring gently every 15 minutes to make sure it’s even golden color6.
