Ingredients

Mushroom3 Tbsp Cornflour1/2 Tsp Paprika1/2 Tsp Pepper5 Garlic Cloves2 Tbsp Soy Sauce1 Tsp White Wine Vinegar1 Tsp Brown Sugar1 Tsp Ginger1 Tbsp Ketchup1 Tsp Chilli SauceSesame SeedsCooking Oil

Method

1. Slice up mushrooms and chop garlic.2. Heat up oil in a skillet3. In a bowl add in the cornflour along with paprika and pepper. Gradually add in a little water until its a consistency of mixture is thick.4. Generously coat the mushrooms and place them in the hot oil for 3-5 minutes until crispy. Drain excess oil on a tissue.5. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, white wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger/ginger Sriracha, chilli sauce.6. Heat a Tbsp of oil on a nonstick pan, add in the garlic. Once fragrant add the crispy mushrooms back in sautéing with the garlic. Then add the soy sauce mixture and cook on medium to high heat to allow the sauce to reduce and stick to the crispy mushrooms
