Download ImageIngredients For The Crêpes (Makes Around 10)1 cup 5 tbsp all-purpose flour (165g)Pinch of salt4 eggs400ml milk65ml water25g unsalted butter1 tbsp sugar (you can omit if you are doing savory crêpes)StepsIn a big bowl, sift the flour and the salt.Make a well in the middle and add the eggs.Whisk until combined. Add half of the milk and whisk.Then add the remaining milk and run the batter through a sifter to remove any clumps.Add the water and whisk again (you can pour the water over the sifter if you have a lot of clumps left to help it go through).(Optional- if you have time) cover the batter with plastic film and let sit one hour.Just before cooking, melt the butter in a pan and whisk it in the batter.Wipe the same pan with a paper towel and heat on medium hight heat (no need to grease).Pour in some batter just enough to cover the pan and tilt to completely cover it.Cook just until the edges start to brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden.Repeat for the rest of the batter.Chocolate Sauce (Fills 1 Medium Jar)1 cup powdered milk1 cup water3 tablespoons cacao powder1/4 cup sugarStepsIn a pot, mix the dry ingredients.Add water and cook on medium heat while whisking until they boil.Lower the heat and keep mixing for around 5 minutes or until they start to thicken.Let cool and refrigerate until needed.
