In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients: plant based milk, tahini, brown sugar, Flour, Coconut flour, Essenes and Baking powder until well combined2. Transfer mixture to a cake tin and bake for 30-40 mins at 190C checking every 5 mins for last 15 mins3. Whilst the cake is baking, in another mixing bowl add your cocoa powder, honey and water until it’s achieved a stiff peaks consistency. If too bitter, add icing sugar to your desired taste.4.
