Watch Video Fasulyeh And Rice Ingredients 2 finely diced brown onions4 cloves freshly crushed garlic2 cups freshly chopped coriander1 kilo lamb shoulder, fat trimmed and cut into cubes @hosnabutchery1 can diced tomatoes1.5 litres tomato juice @goldencircleau1 tbs salt1 tsp pepper4 cans butter beans (or whatever beans you like )1 tbs @chilli.bang.sauces2 tbs olive oil Method In a large pot fry off the onion and garlic in olive oil until fragrant , add the coriander and fry off about a minute , add the lamb and fry off another minute .Add the @chilli.bang.sauces and canned tomato and salt n pepper and then the tomato juice .Bring to a boil and then cover and simmer on a low heat for about 2 hours , the longer the more tender the lamb will be !Serve with vermicelli rice and a squeeze of lemon .
