Use your hands to get everything combined and knead for 1 minute. It should be sticky but mangeable, you can add more flour if too sticky.2- Divide them into 6 equal parts. Sprinkle flour on a smooth surface and using a rolling pin dusted with flour, shape them into flatbreads (if you don’t have a rolling pin, a wine bottle works just fine). Don’t thin them out too much so that you end up with fluffy and soft naan bread.3- Heat a pan on medium heat, once it’s very hot add the naan and cook a few minutes until you start seeing dark spots. Flip and cook the other side. Repeat for the other 5. While still hot, brush them with a mix of butter, garlic and fresh herbs (you can get creative here). Serve them right away and enjoy!
