Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo Sauce Ingredients (4-5 Servings)

300g fettuccine80g unsalted butter2 garlic cloves minced2 tbsp all purpose flour1 1/2 cup milk1 cup heavy cream1 cup freshly grated parmesan1/4 tsp nutmegGenerous sprinkles of salt and black pepperFresh herbs for garnish

Steps

Cook the pasta according to package.Melt the butter on medium heat.Once it completely melts, add the garlic and cook for a minute until fragrant.Mix in the flour and whisk for a 1-2 minutes until foamy.Add the milk and heavy cream, mix well and bring to a boil until it thickens.Stir in the parmesan until it melts and add nutmeg, salt and pepper (taste and adjust to liking).Add in the cooked pasta, sprinkle with fresh herbs and more cracked black pepper and serve right away. Enjoy!
