Add the flour, sugar, yoghurt, eggs and oil to a bowl and mix well2. Mix the ground coffee with hot water and add this to the cake mixture3. Pour the cake mix into a tin and bake in the oven at 180C for 40-50 minutes, or until a skewer comes of clean when you poke it4. Add the softened butter to a stand mixture and whip it5. Slowly add the icing sugar and mix well6. Mix the ground coffee with hot water and once it cools down, add it to the butter and sugar mixture and combine7.
