Cauliflower steaks are a vegetarian or vegan alternative to a traditional meat steak. They are made by slicing a head of cauliflower into thick slices or “steaks” and then seasoning and cooking them in various ways. The cauliflower steaks can be marinated or seasoned with a variety of herbs and spices, and then grilled, roasted, or pan-fried until tender and slightly charred on the outside.

Cauliflower steaks can be served as a main dish, either on their own or with a side of vegetables, grains, or legumes. They can also be used as a meat substitute in vegetarian or vegan sandwiches, wraps, and burgers. Because of their meaty texture and flavor, they can be a satisfying and healthy addition to any meal.
