Caramilk Balls

Ingredients

1 packet of arrowroots biscuits 250g1 can of condensed milk 395g1 and a half block of Caramilk chocolate1 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut and extra for rolling.

Steps

In a bowl crush the biscuits till finely crumbled or use a food processor. Place in bowl and add the condensed milk & coconut.Melt 1 block of caramilk chocolate in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir till all melted. Don’t over heat or it’ll burn and harden.Pour that into the crumbed biscuits, coconut & condensed milk.Mix till everything is combined well then start rolling into small balls and then roll in coconut till coated well.Place the balls onto a baking paper and melt the 1/2 block of caramlilk chocolate and drizzle each ball with the melted caramilkWhen done, place in the fridge to set for Atleast 1-2 hours.
