Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix.Place mixed granola on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Bake in the oven for 25-ish minutes, flipping half way through. *keep an eye on your granola.You don’t want it to burn but turn a nice golden brown colour. It will harden more once removed from the oven.Once fully cooked, remove tray from oven and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of coconut sugar.let completely cool and store in a mason jar in your pantry or fridge.
