Download ImageWatch Video Apple Cinnamon Pancakes Ingredients50g pancake mix (any brand – either vegan or dairy mix should be fine)15g unflavoured soy protein isolate @myvegan (or more flavoured protein powder)10g salted caramel soy protein isolate @myvegan5g psyllium husk/ flaxmeal/ chia seeds/ 1 egg (but make sure to adjust the amount of water)1tsp vanilla extract (optional)180-200g water/ milkToppingsCinnamon apple:Chopped apples1tsp cinnamon powder2tbsp water1tsp lemon juiceSweetener of choiceBiscoff Drizzle10g Biscoff spread @lotusbiscoffus8g milk of choice5g maple syrup/ honey55g free from natural yogurt (soy yogurt) @tescofoodMethod1. Mix pancake ingredients together in a bowl and let it rest for few mins2. Preheat frying pan and spray oil on it/ place a baking paper on the pan3. Scoop batter into the pan and fry with low to medium fire until u can flip to another side. Cook both side until golden4. Repeat step 3 until u have cooked all of the batter5. Cut apple in small6. Mix apples with water, lemon juice, sweetener, and cinnamon7. Microwave on high for 2-3 mins6. Melt Biscoff with milk (place in microwave for 10 sec)7. Mix with syrup until desire consistency8. Place yogurt on top of ur pancakes and top with cinnamon apples. Then drizzle Biscoff syrup.Notes1. I am using @flapjacked pancake mix2.
