Boil potato and carrots until tender2. Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a pan, saute onion and garlic until caramelized3. Add sliced beef and stir4. Add blended apple, carrot, potato, beef broth and all seasoning sauce and bring it to a boil, and simmer for 3-5 mins5. Add udon and cook for 2 more mins6.
