Download ImageWatch Video Cauliflower Cheese Ingredients1 large cauliflower4 tbsp Butter4 tbsp plain flour500ml milk150g cheddar cheese3-4 tbsp bread crumbsStepsPreheat the oven to 2200C. Cut the cauliflower into florets & spread on a baking tray. Sprinkle salt, pepper, rosemary & bake for 15-18 mins.For the roux- in a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter & add flour. Stir continuously for 3 mins.While stirring pour half of the milk, once the roux has dissolved pour in the remaining milk. Stir until milk has thickened.Turn off the stove & add salt, pepper, thyme & cheese. Mix to combine into a thick sauce.Spread the sauce evenly over the roasted cauliflower. Scatter the cheese & top with a layer of bread crumbs.Bake for 20-25 mins (at 1900C) until golden brown & bubbling. Serve warm. Source : www.instagram.com
