Download ImageWatch Video Tandoori Chicken Ingredients2 Leg of chicken (large)1 tbsp Natural yogurt1 tsp Grated ginger15 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (for colour)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Cumin powder1 tsp Garam masala1 tbs Dried methi (dried fenugreek leave)15 tbsp-Mint sauce1 tsp Paprika15 tsp Olive oil2 tsp Tandoori paste ( I used @pataksuk )2 tsp Tikka paste ( I used @pataksuk )Squeeze half a lemonMethod-Wash the chicken and score giving 3/4 slits and pat dry-In a bowl add all the above ingredients in any order and mix until all ingredients are fully combined and turns into a paste-Add the chicken coating making sure all area of the chicken is covered in paste ( marinade overnight for best result or at least 2/3 hours before cooking)-lay the chicken on a grill pan and cook in the oven at 240c for 10 minutes on each side Get it out and use the left over paste to paste on both side and cook for further 5 minutes on full heat to get it charredVoila !
