Melt sugar in a non stick pan with medium heat (don’t stir, just shake the pan a little so it doesn’t turn into crystal)2. Add grounded peanut and salt into the melted sugar3. Stir with a non stick silicone spatula or wooden spoon until the peanut powder all come together and form a soft dough shape4. Take the peanut dough out and place it on a large parchment paper. Fold the parchment paper over the peanut and using the rolling pin to press it into a 1” thick rectangular shape.
