Watch Video Strawberry Short Cake Trifle Ingredients 2 containers store bought Angel food cake or sponge cake (about 500g)1 L whipping cream1 can sweetened condensed milk (300g)1/2 cup cream cheese2 lbs strawberries1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup water1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp water Instructions 1: wash strawberries then dry, leave some strawberries on the side then slice the rest.2: cook together strawberries, water, sugar and lemon juice when start bubbling add corn starch mixed with water when gets little bit thick remove from the heat you don’t want to be too thick.3: while leaving the sauce to cook down start on making the cream mix.4: whisk cream cheese till softened then add whipping cream and condensed milk whisk till soft peaks.5:cute the cake into small cubes.6: start layering cream mix, cake, strawberry sauce then repeat.7: top it with strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries.8:if you like you can add sliced fresh strawberries in between.9: refrigerate for couple hours Source : www.instagram.com
