Download ImageSingapore Chili Crab Ingredients1 kg crabs, cut into 21/2 brown onion, minced8 garlic cloves, minced3 cm ginger, minced2 stalks lemongrass, crushed1 big red chili, removed seeds, mashed400 ml water5 tbsp tomato ketchup1 tsp fermented soy bean1 tsp shrimp paste1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp cornstarch 3 tbsp water2 eggs, beaten1 tsp white pepper1 tbsp sugarA pinch of saltCooking oilInstructions1. Saute onion, garlic, and ginger in hot oil till fragrant. –2. Add chili and lemongrass. Stir it well. –3. Add ketchup, shrimp paste, oyster sauce in. –4 pour the water. Bring to boil. –5. Put the crabs in till changed the colour. –6. Pour the eggs and the seasonings. Stir all together. –7. Add the cornstarch mixture, stir it. If the sauce ia sticky, turn off the heat. Served.
