Kepiting Saos Padang (Padangnese Chili Crabs)

Ingredients

Big crab, cleaned (boil with 3 cm crushed ginger and 1 stalk crushed lemongrass)1 scallion, chopped1 beaten egg1 tsp corn startch 5 tbsp waterCoiking oilEnough amount of waterSalt and sugar to taste3 tbsp oyster sauce6 tbsp tomato sauce1 stalk crushed lemongrass3 bay leaves5 lime leaves

Minced Ingredients

6 shallots8 pips garlic2 big red chilies3 cm ginger3 candlenuts

Instructions

1. Saute the minced ingredients, lime leaves, bay leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant.2. Pour the water, seasonings, and all sauces. Mix well.3. Add the beaten egg. Stir it thoroughly.4. Put the crab in and scallions. Bring to boil. Turn off the heat. Enjoy!
