In a large deep pot, heat 2 tablespoons of oil on medium heat and fry the onions until golden brown.Once done remove some onion and set aside.Add the rice to the onion and mix.Add salt, black pepper, seven spices, tumeric and cumin.Mix everything together and add the fish stock on top.Give it a quick mix and let it boil.Once boiled, turn the heat down cover the pot and let it simmer until the rice is cooked and the water evaporates.Once cooked place it in a serving plate garnish with cooked onions, fried almond and prsley.For the sauce mix all ingredients together and once the fish cooked pour the sauce on top than back into the oven for 3-4 minutes.Once done garnish with parsley and pine nuts.
