Raspberry Pistachio Overnight Oats Ingredients oats70g (1 cup) rolled/instant oats60g (1/4 cup) raspberry yoghurt5g (1/2 tbsp) chia seeds1/2 cup milk (i used almond milk; add more if it’s too thick)chocolate ganache5g (1 tbsp) cocoa powder1 tsp sweetener of choicesplash of milk Toppings raspberry jampistachiosraspberry yoghurt Steps 1. blend all of the oats ingredients together and pour half into a bowl2. add one tbs of raspberry jam in the middle and pour the rest of the oats3. mix all the chocolate ganache ingredients together and pour on top of the oats4. if u wanna be extra like me, take some leftover raspberry yoghurt and use a toothpick to make some swirlies5. add some crushed pistachios on top6. refrigerate it for at least 3-4 hours or best overnight!ENJOY Source : www.instagram.com
