Ingredients For Chicken

200g boneless chicken2 table spoons oil1 tea spoon garlic paste2 or 3 tablespoons waterSalt to taste1/2 tea spoon black pepper and red chilli powder1/2 tea spoon Coriander Powder and garam Masala powder1 table spoon lemon juice

Method

Cut the chicken in very small Cubes.Add oil and garlic paste in a pan and saute for few seconds.Add chicken and saute until it changes color.Add all the spices and lemon juice and cook for few seconds.Add water and cover with lid.Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.Remove the lid and cook on high flame so water gets dry.Ready, kept aside.

Ingredients For Pizza Dough

All purpose flour/Maida 3 CupsSugar 2 tea spoonsSalt 1/2 tea spoonInstant yeast 1 tea spoonOil 2 table spoonsWarm water 1 cup

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients and add oil and mix it.Add warm water gradually and mix it.Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes.Add 2 tea spoons of oil in a bowl and place the dough into it and cover with a cling wrap.Rest the Dough for 2 hours.After 2 hours knead the dough again for 5 minutes.Dust the surface with flour and place your dough.Sprinkle some flour on top.Flatten the dough with hands and then with the help of rolling pin make a round disk.Cut in a circular shape with a cutter.It makes 18-20.

For Freezing

Place the pizza dough in a baking tray.Stretch the center with your fingers.Poke them with fork and apply some oil on top.Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200 C.Ready, apply pizza sauce and do all your favorite toppings and wrap with a cling paper.Can be kept in a freezer for 1 month.When needed, take them out and bake in a preheated oven at 200C until cheese melts.If not freezing then don’t Bake the Bread,just directly do all the toppings and bake in a preheated Oven for 10 minutes on 200 C.Sprinkle some Chilli flakes on top and Enjoy.
