Preheat oven to 1902. Dry ingredients and water/ milk together3. Cut apple in small and mix with the batter4. Grease ur skillet/ baking tray and add 1/2 of the apples cake batter5. Mix the remaining 1/2 batter with cottage cheese6. Mix fillings together in a small bowl7. Add fillings in the middle and top with cottage cheese apples batter8. Bake for 18-22 mins (I’ve baked mine for 22 mins and it’s no longer molten so bake for a shorter period if u would like to see a lava cake) – especially the fillings have a similar colour to the base9.
