Mix ingredients for the mocha layer together2. Break the bread into 2 squares3. Add 1/4 of the mocha mixture at the bottom of ur box/ mug/ anything4. Layer half bread on top and spread on 1/4 mocha batter again5. Mix ingredients for cheese layer together (excluding cacao nibs)6. Add half cheese mixture on top (I’ve added some cacao nibs inside afterwards – but sprinkled in the middle but not until the side so u won’t see it)7. Be Careful: now spread 1/4 mocha mixture on the other half bread, then flip it upside down (so the spreaded side is facing down)8. Add remaining mocha mixture on top9. Layer the remaining cheesecake layer10. Cover it and refrigerate for a night11. Next morning, dust cacao powder on topNotes1. U can add more sweetener into the mocha mixture if it’s too bitter for u or simply reduce the amount of coffee n cacao powder but make sure to reduce the amount of liquid2. I’m adding nutritional yeast for extra cheesy taste so u can omit it/ add more cottage cheese. For non-vegan, u can also try adding dairy cheese powder3. If u are using some kind of thick yogurt like Greek or coconut yogurt, u may wish to add more liquid if the cheese mixture is too thick// also adjust sweetness accordingly4. Authentic tiramisu doesn’t have any cacao nibs but who cares they are amazing!!! Source : www.instagram.com
