Mocha Custard Shots

Milk 250 -300 mlVanilla custard powder 2 tablespoons @fosterclarksarabiaSugar 2 tablespoonsDark chocolate 70% cocoa 100 gms u can use any chocolate of your choice , milk chocolate or chocolate chips whatever is available @lindtarabiaInstant coffee 1 teaspoon dissolved in warm waterOreos 6-8 crushed @oreo_arabia For decor

Steps

Roughly chop the dark chocolate chunksIn a measuring flask add milk with custard powder , sugar and mix wellIn a sauce pan add the chopped chocolate and then add the milk mixture and keep whisking on slow to medium heat , add coffee as well until a creamy silky mixture is madeLet it cool down on room temperatureIn the dessert pots add the crushed Oreo biscuits and pour the chocolate custard on top of it , repeat the layersRefrigerate for 4-6 hoursTop with whipped cream , chocolate shavings and fresh strawberries
