Blend to make a paste.Additional Curry Powder4 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon paprika powderKashmiri red chilli powder to taste1 teaspoon Coriander powder1 teaspoon cumin powder1/2 teaspoon qasuri methi1/2 teaspoon garam masala1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powderStepsHeat the oil, add the paprika and red chilli powder. Mix quickly. Do not let the chilli burn.Add the onion tomato paste and the rest of the spices above.Cook until the oil sperates and the mixture is half of what it was.Add 1 cup frozen peas ( defrosted) .Add 1 1/2 cup of water. Mix well.Cook covered on low for 15 min.Add 200g paneer cubes ( i used ready frozen ones).Add another cup of water and salt to taste.Cook covered on low for another 15 to 20min.Serve with Naan.Enjoy.
