Watch Video Ingredients 1kg beef minced meat2 diced onion1 teaspoon of 7 spice5 crushed garlic1 tablespoon of plain yogurt1 teaspoon of hot sauce (optional)Pomegranate molasses (I didn’t measure-go by tasting )1 tablespoon of TahiniA splash of Vinegar ( around a tablespoon and a half )Bunch of chopped fresh MintBunch of chopped fresh Parsley1/2 tablespoon of capsicum pastePine nutsRoti pastry Steps Brown off the minced meat and add the diced onion & crushed garlic .cook till onions are translucent .add salt, seven spice, pomegranate molasses, tahini, yogurt, hot sauce & vinegar.Mix really well for a few minutes .Add in capsicum paste and mix till all combined.Then turn off heat and mix in the parsley and mintLeave the mixture to cool down.Spread the meat mixture onto the roti pastry evenly topping off with pine nuts and bake till golden .Serve with yogurt and veggies.
