Steps

Peel and slice potatoes using a mandolin and add to a large bowl with the rest of the ingredientsMix mix mix , pour into baking tray , cover and bake at 190degrees for 2 hours . I used my Tupperware baking dish from @roseystupperwarestore .Ensure you bake it at 180 so it doesn’t curdle , with this bake slow n steady wins the race !
