Watch Video Hrisi Bi Ashta Cup Cakes Ingredients Hrisi batter:1 1/2 cup semolina ( or you can mix and1/2 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/3 cup ghee1 cup milk3/4 cup yogurt2 tsp orange blossom waterAshta:1 cup whipping cream(heavy cream)1 cups milk3 tbsp sugar1 tsp orange blossom water5tbsp corn starchsimple syrup:2 cups sugar1 cup room temperature water1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp orange blossom water Note add good amount of syrup for each cupcake or it will stay dry from inside. Direction 1: first start on making the ashta so it cool down before using, mix all the ingredients together then turn on the heat and keep mixing so won’t stick tit he bottom till you get a thick ashta place in a plate and refrigerate.2: next start on making the simple syrup by adding the sugar and water in a pot bring to boil then add orange blossom water and lemon juice and let it boil on high for 4 minutes or medium for 8 minutes.3: for the batter mix together the dry ingredients first then the wet ingredients till you get thick smooth mix.4: spray cupcake pan with oil then add about 1 1/2 tbsp of the batter in each one then add 1 tbsp of ashta then top it with another 1 1/2 of batter.5: bake at 380f till golden color takes about 30 minutes6: take out drizzle simple syrup while still warm and make sure to add good amount in each cup cake about 1 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp of simple syrup for each one.7: let it cool down before removing then top it with pistachios.
