Download ImageGo To Granola Ingredients•6 cups of oats (or gf oats)•1 cup of sunflower seeds (raw unsalted)•1 cup of pumpkin seeds (raw unsalted)•1 cup of coconut shreds/flakes (unsweetened)•1 cup of almonds, slivered•3/4 cup raw pecans, chopped•3/4 cup raw cashews, chopped•1/4 cup coconut oil, melted•1/4 – 1/2 cup maple syrup•1 tbsp cinnamon•1 tbsp vanilla•sea salt to tasteMethod1. Heat oven to 350. While the oven is heating, take a large mixing bowl and add dry ingredients. Mix well.2. In a small pot, add wet ingredients and heat over low heat until well mixed.3. Pour the heated mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.4. Take two parchment lined baking sheets, and evenly spread out granola mixture.5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring half way through.
