Ingredients For 12 Mini Cookies 125g butter90g caster sugar90g light brown sugar1 egg35g cocoa powder215g plain flour2.5g salt7g baking powder50g milk chocolate chipsMilkybar white chocolate buttons Steps 1. Cream together the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Tip in the egg and mix until combined.2. Add the cocoa powder and beat until combined. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder and beat until a cookie dough forms. Add the chocolate chips and mix once more.3. Roll the dough into small balls weighing 50g each and push the chocolate buttons into the edges. Chill in the fridge ideally overnight.4.
