Download ImageIngredients (Makes 13-14)– 300g glutinuous rice flour– 3g yeast– 20g sugar– 200-300ml warm water (depends on ur flour absorption, i used about 270ml of water)Ways– mix flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl– add in warm water gradually, use your hand to knead until it turns into non-sticky dough form– cover and let it rise for 30 mins– divide the dough into 12-14 pieces, roll into balls*you might need some oil on ur hands– use your palms to flatten the dough and you can fry it right away– if you want to add fillings inside, flatten the dough first and use fingers to flatten the sides. add the filling in, fold the dough and roll into a ball then press the ball slightly so it has that pancake shape.– fry with low heat until golden brown– you can add glaze or jam on top (just like i did)– donee*****the texture gets hard in the next day so make sure to make sufficient amount to finish in 1 day Source : www.instagram.com
