½ cup full-fat sour cream2 tablespoons avocado oil½ teaspoon sea salt¼ teaspoon black pepperZest from ½ fresh lemon4 fresh sprigs of dill, minced1 large English cucumber, diced

Directions

Mix sour cream, avocado oil, sea salt, black pepper, lemon zest and dill together.Add cucumbers and toss to coat.Store any leftovers in the fridge in a glass container for up to 5 days.Enjoy!
