135g Plain Flour1 Tsp Dr Oetker Baking Powder2 Tbsp Sugar130ml Milk2 Tbsp Butter1 Egg1 Tsp Dr Oetker Vanilla EssenceDr Oetker Green Food ColouringIcing SugarOPTIONAL: Sprinkles & Decorations you like

Method

1. In a mixing bowl add together the Plain Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar2. Blend/mix in a separate bowl/blender the milk, butter and egg3. Combine the dry and wet mixture well adding the vanilla essence and your desired amount of green food colouring4. Using a flat pan, create different circle sizes of the pancake mixture. Build your own Christmas Tree5. Add your desired sprinkles, sauces and top off with icing sugar! I used all Dr Oetkers Sprinkles and shimmer Sprays
