Method For The Cookie Base

cream the butter with sugar with electric beater / simple whisk and add egg to itAdd salt and Vanilla essence to itAdd sifted flour / baking powder & beat again for 1-2 minAdd chocolate chips and mix with spatulaThe cookie dough is readySecond step is chocolate Filling any chocolate of your choiceThird step is of Fudgy Brownie top

Flour 1/2 cupEggs 2Brown sugar 1/4 cupWhite sugar 1/4 cupSalt 1/2 teaspoonVanilla essence 1 teaspoonNutella 1 cupChocolate chips 1/2 cupButter 75 gms or 5 tablespoons

Method

Whisk the sugar with eggs by using simple whisk for 3-5 minAdd melted butter and whisk again for 2-3 minThen add Nutella to itAlso add salt and vanilla extractLater add flour and mix with spatulaFinally add chocolate chips to the brownie batter ,

Final Step Is Assembly Of The Brookie Bars

Grease the square tin 8×8 inches line with baking paperFirst put the cookie dough and press with the hands firmlyThen put the chocolate fillingAnd in the end top with brownies batterSmooth the batter with the spatulaBake in the preheated oven for 30 – 40min at slow heat ranging 100 * -150 *until skewer comes out with only few crumbs don’t over bake
